By accessing vault.aibrandfactory.com (operated by Win Massive Impact Pvt Ltd under the AI Freedom Club brand), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the vault.

AI BrandFactory Vault is a digital library of AI marketing playbooks. The service provides:

• •Free access to one playbook per email opt-in
• •One-time purchase bundles to unlock additional playbooks
• •A member dashboard to access and download your unlocked playbooks as PDFs
• •Lifetime AI Freedom Club community membership with paid purchases

We reserve the right to modify, add to, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To use the vault, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• •Provide an accurate email address
• •Keep your magic-link sign-in emails private — do not forward them to others
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• •Share, resell, or redistribute playbook PDFs without authorisation
• •Use downloaded content to create competing products
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the vault or other users' accounts
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• •Use automated systems to scrape or bulk-download content
• •Abuse the free opt-in by creating multiple accounts
• •Remove watermarks, attribution, or copyright notices from playbooks

Playbook Content: All playbooks are owned by Win Massive Impact Pvt Ltd. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the playbooks for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute them.

Your Data: You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through the opt-in form or your account.

• •All purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges
• •Unlock credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable
• •All-access purchases unlock all currently published playbooks immediately
• •Bundle purchases grant unlock credits you choose from the available catalogue
• •Prices are listed in USD and INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• •Prices may change; existing purchases are not affected

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, but we review cases individually. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase if there is an issue.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Playbook content is for educational and informational purposes. Results from applying the playbooks will vary and are not guaranteed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BrandFactory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• •Breach of these Terms
• •Sharing or redistributing paid content
• •Fraudulent or illegal activity
• •Conduct harmful to other users or the service

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
